Boko Haram attack: Governor Fintiri pay a condolence visit to his hometown.

Tears in Shewari Community, Kirchinga!

Today, sorrow covered the land as Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri stood shoulder to shoulder with grieving families, government officials, and traditional leaders in Tears in Shewari Community Kirchinga, Madagali LG, mourning lives lost in the recent attacks.

Cries of pain filled the air as families wept for loved ones taken too soon and homes turned into memories. The tragedy hit even closer to home, as some of the Governor’s own relations were among the victims, a painful reminder that this loss is shared by all, regardless of status or position.


In this moment of deep grief, Governor Fintiri’s presence spoke louder than words, standing with his people, sharing their pain, and reassuring them that they are not alone. His continued efforts to strengthen security and his firm resolve to ensure that such an ugly incident never happens again give hope to a wounded community.

May the souls of the departed rest in peace, and may healing and lasting peace return to the land.
